I was a PhD student at Dept of Civil Engineering,Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore,India.

After finishing my PhD in the area of Liquefaction and Dynamic properties of granular materials using discrete element method, I am continuing my research at IISc as research associate in the area of Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis. 

During my PhD tenure, I got a chance to visit University of Stuttgart, Germany where I presented my work on 'Shear behaviour of glass beads' in the '5th International Conference on Micromechanics of Granular materials'
